Continuing from my last blog post where we talked about the top 10 foods to avoid, I want to tell you the top 10 foods to eat! (Again, check out this wonderful website theconsciouslife.com where I got these lists.) I stumbled upon this website the other day called theconsciouslife.com and I think it’s fantastic! I have been looking for a comprehensive list of foods to give to my patients that outline the most inflammatory foods. This is a great resource! Click here to check it out.
