When you heal yourself, you increase your capacity to heal others and the world.

Empowered women empower women.

I believe that when you heal yourself, you increase your capacity to heal others and the world. I’m here to empower you to heal yourself, so that together we can heal the world.

What does that look like?

Healing the world together means that your healed presence positively influences those you encounter on a daily basis, whether in person or virtually, which has a ripple effect farther than you could imagine.

It also means that a percentage of your money goes to support these incredible organizations every time you purchase my programs and services.

You are also welcome to donate and get involved in these wonderful organizations on your own!

Let’s get started healing the world together.

The Compassion Collective was born as a response the Syrian refugee crisis, the worst humanitarian emergency the world has seen since World War II. We knew our action in the face of this crisis would define us. We want to be remembered as the generation that chose Love over Fear.

The HeForShe solidarity movement was created by UN Women to provide a systematic approach
and targeted platform where a global audience can engage and become change agents for the
achievement of gender equality in our lifetime.

This requires an innovative, inclusive approach that mobilizes people of every gender identity
and expression as advocates, and acknowledges the ways that we all benefit from this equality.
HeForShe uses online, offline, and mobile phone technology to identify and activate men in
every city, community, and village around the world.
