Learn This Beyond-Easy But Crucial Technique To Conceive Naturally

 

I absolutely love this technique. It’s one of the easiest and most effective things you can do to signal your body it’s time to conceive. And you can do it anytime, anywhere, and no one will ever know.

 

For all you science nerds out there (takes one to know one) let me explain how elegantly this works.

 

Your nervous system is divided into two parts, voluntary and involuntary. The voluntary nervous system is in charge of things like moving your arm when you reach for that ovulation test kit. 😉 Or when you slap the snooze button in the morning — thanks voluntary nervous system!

 

Your involuntary nervous system is in charge of things like telling your stomach to digest your food, telling your fingernails to grow, alerting your immune system to fight off a cold. Our body miraculously performs these tasks daily whether or not we think about it.

 

Now we’re getting to the good stuff.

 

The involuntary nervous system is further classified into your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. In other words, your “fight or flight” response, and your “rest and relaxation” response, respectively.

 

Under what circumstance do you think would be easier to conceive–if you’re fighting for your life, or if you’re resting and relaxing? Duh, right?

 

So, how do we activate that “rest and relaxation” response if it’s part of our involuntary nervous system that we have no control over? And please don’t tell me to meditate. (Yes, I can hear you.)

 

Well, I have really good news, there’s a loophole! And it’s so simple you’re going to jump for joy.

 

Your breath.

 

Think about it. Your breath is the only action in the body that happens whether or not we think about it, AND we can control it if we want to! Boom. Loophole.

 

Here’s what you do:

 

1) Several times throughout the day, check in with yourself to see how you are breathing. Are you breathing shallow breaths from your chest? (Probably ;-)) Or deep breaths from your belly?

 

2) If you’re breathing shallow-chest breaths, take a moment and place your hand on your lower abdomen, under your belly button. Take a breath in and push your hand outward. Exhale and let your hand come back toward your body as your belly deflates. Try it again:  Inhale, belly inflates and hand goes out. Exhale, belly deflates and your hand comes back down.

 

Congratulations! You just flipped the switch in your brain to activate your “rest and relaxation” response and you instantly got rid of nasty stress hormones that were circulating throughout your body causing all sorts of negative chain reactions — one of which was telling your ovaries it’s unsafe to conceive.

 

This technique is so powerful that it works for losing weight (especially around your middle), improving your digestion, and lifting your mood instantly!
