This Is Exactly How I Accomplish My Biggest Goals

This Is Exactly How I Accomplish My Biggest Goals

Over the past few years I have developed a New Year’s ritual that has helped me accomplish some of my biggest goals. I’d love to share it with you! 1) Get a blank piece of paper or spiral notebook. 2) Take about 10-15 mins and write down the highlights of 2012. What did you accomplish? What happened to you? Feed Your Soul

Feed Your Soul

How you choose to feed your soul is just as important as the food you put in your body. We must take care of our physical bodies with proper micro and macro nutrients, and we must also take care of our spirits with nourishing relationships, satisfying career, and meaningful life purpose.   I know my life purpose is to experience and help others experience a joyful, healthy, and abundant life.   One of my favorite parts of being an acupuncturist and nutrition coach is helping people recognize the mind-body connection and what a powerful impact it has on our overall health and well-being. Make sure to join me for my 2013 New Year’s 28-day online nutrition program where you’ll learn how to identify your soul-food as well as how to give your body exactly what it needs to thrive. Bloom Where You’re Planted

Bloom Where You’re Planted

“Bloom where you’re planted.” I first read this saying on a fridge magnet in New Zealand when I was 21. Twelve years later, married with a beautiful baby girl, owning my own wellness business, this saying has a whole new meaning for me. I am lucky to wear so many...
