You are not alone! Most women I talk to are ashamed or embarrassed to tell me how long they’ve been on the pill. They want to go off of it, but they are afraid their PMS symptoms will get worse (than they already are), their period will be so unpredictable that they won’t know when it’s coming, or their hormones will be so out of whack they’ll be an emotional basket case!
