Are You Afraid To Go Off The Pill?
You are not alone! Most women I talk to are ashamed or embarrassed to tell me how long they’ve been on the pill. They want to go off of it, but they are afraid their PMS symptoms will get worse (than they already are), their period will be so unpredictable that they won’t know when it’s coming, or their hormones will be so out of whack they’ll be an emotional basket case! (Sound familiar?)
In Chinese medicine, the Liver becomes easily stressed thus producing things like irregular periods, horrific PMS symptoms and mood swings. And, yes, you guessed it, one of the ways the Liver becomes stressed is by taking the pill. If you’ve had a gut feeling that you should go off the pill but you’re afraid to, I want to put your mind at ease.
Here are 3 reasons why you don’t have to be afraid to go off the pill:
1) Taking Charge of Your Fertility. Every woman should read this book! If you have ever felt that your body is a total mystery and that it’s trying to talk to you in a foreign language, consider this book the translation guide.
This book teaches you exactly how to know when your period is coming and when you’re ovulating and it’s just as simple as taking a pill every morning. Mystery solved!
2) Acupuncture and Chinese medicine can help regulate your cycle and significantly reduce or eliminate PMS symptoms. This is why I decided to become an acupuncturist. I used to suffer immensely every month and now I don’t. If you want to go off the pill, find an acupuncturist to help you make a smooth transition. If you’re in Denver, click here to learn more about my acupuncture clinic and schedule an appointment with me.
(Don’t forget to click here to join my mailing list where you’ll get instant access to an interview I did with useful tips to minimize your PMS symptoms with or without the help of my needles.)
3) My online program is coming soon if you’re not in Denver. I am creating an online program that will be available to women all over the world that combines Taking Charge of Your Fertility, the principles of Chinese medicine, the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie, Caroline Myss Ph.D.and other favorite teachers of mine. (If you are not familiar with these people, Google them. They changed my life!)
If you would like to be the first to know about this online program coming soon, click here to join my mailing list and you will receive other exclusive goodies and useful info.
