On today’s episode of Whole Woman Wednesday, you’ll learn my three favorite acupressure points and how to use them to instantly relieve stress and anxiety.
The best part about these points is that you can access and stimulate them anytime, anywhere, and you can do it as often as you like.
One of the things I love most about acupuncture and acupressure practices is that they provide a drug-free solution to many common ailments. For this reason, acupuncture and acupressure are great options for pregnant women and children.
Important note: The third point I teach in today’s video, which is located on the meaty part of the hand in between the thumb and forefinger, is contraindicated during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, stick to the other two points you’ll learn in this video to relieve stress and anxiety. 🙂
If you’re interested in learning additional acupressure points, as well as more tools and practices to naturally relieve stress and anxiety so you can live a more peaceful life, be sure to check out my brand new 14-day online program, Peaceful Woman.
In Peaceful Woman, you’ll learn peace-promoting practices including breathing techniques, how to create a game-changing nighttime and morning routine, transformational self-care techniques, how to re-define your relationship with social media, the mood-gut connection, how to reduce stress on a cellular level, and so much more.
Reducing stress and anxiety is often the first step to achieving almost anything–from a better night’s sleep, clearer skin, stronger immune system, weight loss, and improved mood, to improved fertility, healthier pregnancy (and baby), and more regular periods. Not to mention peace of mind and feeling at ease in the world!
But “reducing stress and anxiety” is such a vague concept, isn’t it? How do you do it in a way that is sustainable, complete and long lasting?
I created Peaceful Woman to answer those questions.
Click here to learn more about Peaceful Woman and register today. Registration is now open and will close this Friday, June 30th at 9pm MT.
